The Role:


We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive our outbound sales efforts for our AI-powered talent acquisition services. This position can be structured as either a part-time freelance or a permanent role, offering flexibility to suit your preferences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the HR technology or recruitment services sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our client base and increase revenue

  • Set sales targets and forecast sales performance to meet company objectives

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients

  • Lead outbound sales initiatives, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling

  • Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales materials and campaigns

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities

  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics


Requirements:

  • Timezone: CET (+/- 3 hours)

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR tech or recruitment services

  • Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions to potential clients

  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Top English and German language skills (C1+)
