The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to drive our performance marketing efforts across various channels. This role can be structured as either a part-time freelance position or a permanent role, offering flexibility to suit your preferences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B digital marketing, particularly in the HR technology or recruitment services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute performance-driven digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, with a primary focus on LinkedIn
Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms
Optimize campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion goals
Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to improve ROI
Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging, targeted content for various digital channels
Implement and manage marketing automation and CRM systems
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics
Requirements:
Timezone: CET (+/- 3 hours)
Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in B2B performance marketing
Strong expertise in LinkedIn marketing and advertising
Proficiency in Google Ads, SEO, and other digital marketing channels
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and project management skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Top English and German language skills (C1+)
